This week I’ve been so inspired by a colleague’s style. I don’t work directly with Taurel but I see him often and admire his effortless pairings. In the winter I’d find him wrapped up in monochrome chunky knits and burgundy cardigans. Every morning I would comment on his gorgeous taste. I thought I’d share some of it with you.

I loved his camel jeans. They inspired me to buy this pleated, camel skirt from Topshop. I loved the brushed wool feel to the fabrics and thought it was perfect for the winter. I wore this a lot last season. His pleated belt is gorgeous and popular for male and female fashion for the spring. H&M are doing pleated skinny belts in an array of colours for less that $7.

I love how Taurel has mastered the fall colours with the greens, camels and deep browns. This sleeveless leather jacket was the perfect companion for an outfit like this.

Aren’t his vintage boots gorgeous? I loved the stamp on the side and the brown was the perfect shade for a casual yet smart looking boot. I think the little heel is cute too. Any man could pull it off.
