Fitness favourites: the lower body workout that works

Okay I was a bit skeptical when I saw that Nicole Scherzinger was naming this as her leg workout, I had my doubts. But boy is this a Killer workout. I tried it out for a few weeks and saw significant changes in my butt. It will definitely make the latter firmer and your legs looking leaner. It’s not for the light-hearted and you will feel some serious pain the next day but it’s so worth it.

If you’re looking to burn fat on your thighs and tone your butt this is the perfect workout. If you don’t have access to a kettle bell then just use a medicine ball with handles or a heavy weight. The best part about this workout is that it will get your heart pumping which is great for burning fat. So you’ll see results faster! Who doesn’t want that?
