The battle to reach my goal weight has been ongoing since I was about 12. Exercising was never the problem. It was always the food and those who know me know one big thing. I. Hate. Salad. No matter how delicious this salad may be, after 3 spoonfuls I’m ready to throw in the towel and throw out the plate. I recently came accross this incredible blog that takes all the foods that I love ever so much, and turns them into a healthy treat. From cheesecakes to paninis, Katie Farrell has made all my foodie dreams come true. Check out some of her incredible creations…

After finding all these incredible recipes on the blog it looks like I can have anything I want — in moderation of course. You know, often it’s just the taste you’re looking for. If I can have a blueberry cheesecake for 133 calories instead of 700 calories, I’ll take it.
